Procedure for repair:
- Choose your required repair for your model with any specific options i.e. colour.
- Pay using our secure checkout, making sure you select a method of how you would like the device sending back to you after repair.
- Discharge the battery to between 10 and 20% and send your device in to us either via a secure delivery service or drop it in to our shop, making sure it is well cushioned and wrapped up.
- Please make sure you include your pin code if any in order for us to be able to test the tablet after repair for warranty purposes.
Repairs generally take 1-2 days upon receipt of the device. Once the device has been tested it will then be sent back to you.
All phone repairs have a minimum 12 months warranty on them.
