Although it is not necessary to pre-book a repair and you are welcome to bring a repair into the shop at anytime you may find it easier to send us a description of your problem before sending it in.
We are sometimes able to provide a diagnosis from a description of your problem saving you having to bring the device in.
Upon receipt of your enquiry we shall then contact you back within 24 hours and either advise or make arrangements to inspect your device to give you the quickest possible diagnosis.
If you are unable to bring the device into the shop yourself, we recommend sending it in to us using a delivery which is tracked and insured. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection of your device however a small charge may apply in some cases.
