Whilst the majority of computer repairs and problems can be solved most efficiently and cost effectively in our shop, there may be the occasional situation that require an onsite visit such as home networks/internet setup, wireless printing, your system cannot be moved or you are unable to visit us.
We cover all the local area of Lincolnshire area including Skegness, Mablethorpe, Alford, Louth, Horncastle, Spilsby, Boston and the areas inbetween.
For further information, please contact us with a general description of your problems and we shall organise the best course of action to take and arrange a time to visit.
When arranging a callout, please take the following into consideration:
- All callout visits are subject to a minimum charge and are charged by the hour.
- Some tasks can be time consuming and may be cheaper when done in our shop. Full system tune ups, diagnostic scans etc are a good example of this.

Unable to bring your computer or laptop into the shop?
Your computer may have a problem that needs to be resolved in the shop but you are unable to bring it in. Please contact us for information on our computer collection and return service available to homes and businesses in the local area.
