Terms and Conditions of Mobile Internet Installation

1. Scope of Service

  • The installation service provided by Gavardos Digital covers the one-time fitting and setup of 4G/5G antennas and/or routers on the customer’s property.

  • Once installation is complete and demonstrated as working, the service is deemed fulfilled.

2. Service Warranty

  • The installation workmanship is warranted for [e.g., 30 days] against faults arising directly from the installation process.

  • Any faults due to incorrect installation within this period will be rectified free of charge.

3. Limitations of Responsibility

  • Gavardos Digital is not responsible for the quality, speed, or reliability of the mobile network signal in the customer’s area.

  • No guarantee is given or implied regarding the strength, stability, or performance of the internet connection once installed, as this is dependent on the mobile network provider and environmental factors outside our control.

  • Performance may vary depending on the network provider, coverage, congestion, weather conditions, or location of the property.

4. Call-Outs After Installation

  • Any return visits requested to investigate poor connectivity will be chargeable unless the problem is found to be caused by faulty equipment supplied and installed by Gavardos Digital.

  • If the issue is due to factors outside our control (including but not limited to mobile network provider issues, poor coverage, or customer misuse), a standard call-out fee and any additional labour charges will apply.

5. Equipment

  • All equipment supplied remains subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

  • Any equipment faults must be reported promptly. If a manufacturer’s warranty applies, we will assist the customer in claiming under that warranty.

6. Liability

  • Gavardos Digital accepts no liability for loss of service, inconvenience, or costs arising from mobile network issues, outages, or poor connectivity.

  • Our responsibility is limited to ensuring the correct installation and initial working order of the supplied equipment.

7. Payment

  • Payment for installation is due upon completion of the service.

  • Additional visits, if required, will be charged in accordance with our current call-out and labour rates.
