Sometimes you may live a distance from us that is too far to bring in your device for repair or you are simply unable to visit for one reason or another.
In which case, please feel free to use our mail-in repair service.
The procedure is simple:
- Complete and submit the form.
- We shall contact you within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your enquiry and confirm for you to send your device in.
- Once we have received your device we shall investigate the issue and contact you with our findings and the options available. From there you can then choose to go ahead with the repair or not.
- Once completed or requested to return with receipt of payment, we shall then send the device back to you using a trusted courier fully insured.
Advice for sending to us:
- Pack your device securely including all charging devices.
- Include your name and contact details inside the package.
- If your device requires a password, do not include it inside the packaging. Please send it to us via email/message instead.
- Use a trusted courier with insurance for the value of your device.
