Our free collection service is for collecting your device and taking it to our workshop for diagnosis or repair. It does not include troubleshooting, inspections or repairs at your property.

If you need us to investigate or fix a problem at your home or business, this is a separate, chargeable callout service. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

    How Our Collection & Return Service Works

    1. Request a Collection
    Complete the form with your contact details, postcode and a description of the problem.

    2. We Arrange Collection
    We’ll contact you to confirm availability and arrange a convenient collection time.

    3. We Collect Your Device

    We’ll arrive at the agreed time to collect your device and take it to our workshop.

    Please have your device ready for collection. It should be switched off, unplugged and disconnected from any monitors, cables or other equipment before we arrive. Please include the charger or power supply if required for testing.

    Our free collection service does not include disconnecting or dismantling computer setups.

    4. Diagnosis & Repair Estimate
    We’ll assess your device, explain the problem and discuss repair options and costs before proceeding.

    5. Repair & Return
    Once you’ve approved the repair, we’ll carry out the work, test your device and arrange its return.

    If you decide not to proceed with a repair, collection or diagnostic charges may apply. Any charges will be explained and agreed in advance.
